Paul McCartney and John Lennon‘s relationship is often seen as bitter, but this week … Macca seems to have made it clear … him and John can still come together, even now.

The Beatles frontman was performing this show in Spokane, WA. Towards the end of the show PMC began strumming to “I’ve got a Feeling” from his band, which is on the Beatles’ last album “Let It Be.” “

The song is also featured on their new documentary ‘Get Back’… it was one of the songs Paul performed on the roof of Apple Corps Headquarters in London.

He was also side-by-side with his then-bandmates, including the late Lennon. This made this moment even more special. Paul beaming in JL’s live performance of the song and incorporated it into the set.

As soon as John’s face was shown behind Paul, the crowd went wild… and it seemed that his vocals were coming through the building’s sound system quite well.

Paul merged John’s singing seamlessly into his own and at one point they were performing a full-blown duet, just like in old days. Paul appeared to have turned his back to the screen to thank John for his singing before he faded out.

It was seriously awesome, and kinda puts to bed the idea that there’s any bad blood between the pair — despite the fact Paul recently cast blame on John for breaking up the band.

We won’t relitigate that again… and let it be at this… the boys are free to do as they please!
